Disability Support Officer

 

With over 25 years of experience as a highly dedicated care and support worker, Krystal has always had a passion for working with children who have special and additional needs. Her journey has been diverse, including roles as a flight attendant for Virgin Australia, a private nanny, and even running her own cleaning business.

 

In the care roles Krystal has undertaken, she has focused on providing behavioural and emotional support by creating nurturing and stimulating environments. She has found immense satisfaction in empowering children and adults to reach their full potential, particularly those with special needs. As a mum of two young girls and a step-mum to a 15 year-old boy, Krystal understands the importance of a supportive environment. Krystal has even offered a ‘mummy nanny’ care option, fostering socialisation opportunities through interaction with her own children.
